License No.: B-03515

A graduate in Psychology from the University of the Balearic Islands, she became a licensed healthcare psychologist after completing an official Master’s degree in General Healthcare Psychology at the same university. Throughout her career, she has continued to expand her training in specific areas such as couples therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma narrative therapy, and internal family systems therapy.

This background allows her to support individuals with an integrative vision, selecting the most appropriate tools for each process and always with a trauma-sensitive perspective. Her approach is based on the conviction that everyone possesses valuable resources to heal and grow, and that therapy can become a safe space to rediscover them.

From curiosity to experience

I could explain how I came to psychology, but in reality, I feel like psychology came to me. I have always been driven by a curiosity to understand human beings: how we think, feel, and relate to one another. Over time, I discovered that this interest was not just intellectual, but also a deep calling to support others through their life processes.

I chose psychology because I firmly believe that we all have the capacity to grow, heal, and find our balance again. My professional training has given me tools, but it is the experience with each person that has taught me that behind every story there is strength, hope, and a genuine desire to live better.

Today, I put all that experience and learning at the service of those who decide to start a therapeutic process, with the conviction that taking care of mental health is an act of self-love and the basis for a full life.

Sowing the seed of change is trusting that well-being will flourish over time.
